Q: Where are you located?
A: Innovative Live is located in New Jersey but operates as an online store only.
Q: Where do my products come from?
A: We currently have warehouse/shipping facilities in Europe & China. We try our best to ship from the warehouse closest to you, but if we are unable to do so due to limited stock, your order will be shipped from our main warehouse in China.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes! We proudly ship worldwide for FREE.
Q: How long does the order processing take?
A: We generally take 1-5 business days to process our orders and coordinate with our warehouse and shipping departments.
Q: What are your shipping times?
A: Australia, US, UK - estimated delivery time of 12-25 days. Rest of the world - delivery times vary between 20-40 days. Please note that these estimates can change depending on your location, items purchased, and other factors. Q: Do I have to pay customs fees?
A: Due to the global nature of our business, we are not responsible for any customs fees once items have shipped. In 99% of cases, customs fees are not collected. However, we cannot control this factor, and if any fees arise in your country, we are not responsible for them.
